Day & Community Supports

Our Day & Community Supports predominantly operate across our four service hubs - Dulkara, Wandana, Mingara and Miroma – situated in Sydney’s North West and Eastern Suburbs. Working together with individuals and their families, we are continually creating and developing individualised programs. We work to incorporate activities which meet the aspirations and development of each person, while fostering self-esteem, creativity and independence. Ultimately we work together to create moments, through memorable events or new opportunities, that will shape each individual’s experience of themselves.

Accommodation Services

A home with Inala is a home in the true sense of the word: one that nurtures the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing of each person. Based in Sydney’s North West, a home at Inala is based on individual interests and residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible in all areas of their life. Everyone is supported to be actively engaged in and contribute to the decision making and day-to-day running of their own home, such as planning meals together and completing regular home maintenance tasks. Family members visiting and taking part in home life is an important part of building a warm and welcoming community within Inala.

Working diligently behind the scenes are our Administration Supports team. With a variety of skills, knowledge and experience our Communication & Engagement, Finance and Maintenance teams work hard to ensure that the Inala Community is well supported in all administrative aspects.
