We were fortunate to raise nearly $16,000 which will help support the employment of a Therapist at Miroma to focus on music, drama and movement. Since the introduction of the NDIS the funding for therapies is challenging as only certain types of therapies are recognised and then as only one off and limited supports. Many of the valuable ongoing therapies Inala has always offered do not receive funding support.
