Inala Easter Dinner
It was an egg-stra special Easter this year as we saw the return of the Easter Dinner. With COVID interrupting last years dinner it was wonderful to have this annual tradition back at Inala.
Members of our Board, including Chair Sam Holden and Inala Executive served a delicious dinner to our residential participants who all got dressed up for the evenings’ celebrations. Each home-baked bread which was shared and the night was finished off with an Easter egg to take home.
The Easter Dinner is just one of many festivals celebrated over the year at Inala. Our festivals are an important part of connecting our community as well as taking time to reflect and be at peace. Originally, Easter was celebrated by a puppet show and over time it turned into the dinner which we celebrate today.
