Ensuring Health and Safety

Our Inala Executive team has developed a comprehensive staged prevention and response plan, and is monitoring on a continuing daily basis the growing implications of Coronavirus.

In order to minimise risks to everyone in the Inala community, and especially, to many of our vulnerable clients, we have strict protocols in place to help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, staff, families and visitors.

As you can imagine the health and safety of everyone connected to the Inala community is naturally our main concern. We are also actively communicating information updates and recommendations from relevant State and Health bodies to clients, parents, families and staff.

Changes to Scheduled Inala Events

We are evaluating our events and activities and have made the decision to postpone our Mother’s Day Lunch. We are however exploring some exciting options to continue to engage supporters via a ‘virtual’ event – stay tuned for details.

We have also made the difficult decision to cancel our Castle Hill Golf Day event in late May, however we do hope to find a way to adapt to engage our many loyal supporters.

It is at times like this that we see the incredibly uplifting side of human behaviour and we hope you will join us and continue to support and engage with Inala – it just might be in different ways!

Thank You

Inala will continue to provide full support to individuals with disability and we are very proud of the dedication, flexibility and diligence of all Inala staff during these unprecedented times.

Thank you for your ongoing support and continuing to think of Inala during this challenging time – particularly as we come together and strengthen as a wider community, to help reduce the spread of this pandemic and protect the more vulnerable members in our society.

During these uncertain times, Inala’s vision for a community that is conscious of its members and where each individual make a unique contribution feels as important as ever.

We wish you, your family and friends remain well, healthy and happy and look forward to seeing you at the earliest opportunity.
