Team Miroma does it Again!

Sep 25, 2023

Team Miroma were back at it again as they hit the pavement for the Sydney 10km marathon to raise money for Inala.

Dedicated runner Anthony Seymour was joined by family-friend Jo for the early 6am start, which was probably a good thing with temperatures on the day reaching over 30 degrees. This year Team Miroma also extended to Melbourne with Aisha running in support of the cause.

The course was slightly different to the previous runs they have competed in. Instead of running past the Botanical Gardens and Hyde Park the course travelled from Darling Harbour, over the Pyrmont Bridge and through The Rocks onto Circular Quay. From there, they returned to the Cahill expressway, finishing at the Opera House and taking in all the beauty Sydney has to offer!

We would like to thank Anthony and all of those who have taken part and donated to Team Miroma over the past 15 years. This year their total was almost $2,000 – amazing! This money will continue to improve the lives of individuals living with disability to live a life they choose.
